Do credits replace an organisation subscription?
No. Organisation seats and metered usage are separate lines. Credits fund priced actions and AI processing; any applicable seat subscription is managed separately.
Do all credits work everywhere and last forever?
No. Platform credit packs are spendable across products and do not expire. Product-specific credits, free allowances and plan allocations have their own scope and validity. Check the balance details in Flocci Account.
What happens when a cap or budget is reached?
New organisation-wallet operations are declined with the relevant reason. An administrator can adjust the member cap or product budget. Already-completed work still settles, so a cap is not a guarantee against settlement overage.
